QLS Academy
Back-end Developer

QLS Academy was an early-stage startup trying to build a more immersive online learning experience. I came on as a back-end web developer and worked mostly on the unglamorous-but-important plumbing.
My main focus was DRM, making sure paid course content couldn't be trivially ripped and re-shared, along with a fair bit of Python scripting to automate content processing and the back-end workflows around it. It was one of my first proper engineering jobs.
